10 Simple Steps to a Healthy Lifestyle

1. Replace white sugar with palm sugar or stevia.
2. Replace white rice with red/black/brown rice.
3. Replace table salt with natural sea salt.
4. Replace whole milk with non fat milk or soy milk.
5. Use virgin coconut oil or canola oil for frying.
6. Use olive oil for grilling and stir frying.
7. Eat sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes.
8. To reduce sugar craving, eat fruits instead of sweets.
9. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
10. Drink herbal tea instead of coffee. 



Advantages of Being Healthy

1. More productive. Being sick means you have to take a lot of rest. Therefore, being sick means you aren't productive. You can do anything you want if you're healthy.

2. You'll save money. You don't have to buy medicine.

3. Permanent weight loss. You don't have to follow "bla bla bla..." diet.

4. You can slow down the aging process.

5. You'll have less pimples.

6. You'll be happier.

Recipe: Crunchy Oatmeal John Dory

 

Ingredients:
1 John Dory fish
8 tbs oatmeal
1/2 tbs canola oil
1 egg white
organic garlic powder
rosemary

1. Put the fish on a cutting board then cut it into some parts

2. Boil the fish for a few minutes until it half cooked
3. Dip the fish into egg white
4. Coat the fish with oatmeal
5. Put in into microwave for 3 minutes
6. Put the oil into cooking pan then fry it for about 5 minutes
7. Serve it with garlic powder and rosemary

My review
The texture is very smooth and creamy. It tastes less sweet (it doesn't contain any sugar!) than conventional peanut butter. It tastes more like...peanuts. Overall, it's tasty. It's a great choice for people who want a healthier option to conventional peanut butter.

Around IDR 55.000... I'm not sure though.
